We are having the same problem, but it only effects our Verizon users. At&t iPhone users can connect and download the profile, then check email and get calendar sync. Verizon iPhones will get the profile but when they try to check their mail they get the message "Could not connect to server" Everything is working fine for iPads, Androids and At&t iPhones. the only users having this issue are Verizon iPhone users. We are running Lotus Traveler 8.5.2.2.
The only way I have been able to get anything to work for Verizon users is to connect them to our corporate wifi. Then everything will work for them while at work ont he wifi. As soon as they leave work their connection is severed. It wont even work from offsite wifi locations. But we have iPads that can connect to traveler from any wifi. So again its just Verizon iPhones.
